Payment
We offer PayPal and Bank Transfer (EFT transfer). All payments are made through the PayPal website which offers the best security to protect your personal information. (Unless it is a bank transfer).
Guarantees
We will always endeavor to provide you excellent service and excellent quality goods, therefore if any goods are found faulty within 60 days of purchase, we will replace them for you.

Refunds
Kindt Craft Distributors will replace any orders that have been damaged in transit or the goods been faulty. We will not replace orders or refund orders that have been incorrectly ordered or incorrect details given in regards to your order.
Missing Orders
If an order has not arrived within 14 working days, please email
sales@kindtcraftdistributors.com.au and we will chase up your order to find out where it is.
Damaged Goods
Please email or call us to let us know of any faulty goods or damaged products along with the invoice number / transaction number and we will strive to replace and resend the goods as soon as possible.
